This event has been requested by our defence contractor community and is designed to provide a platform for discussion around the challenges you’re facing with schedule risk analysis for MoD contracts. It gives you an excellent opportunity to catch up with the MoD’s latest requirements, and will make it easy to ensure your company’s submissions satisfy their needs.
We have arranged for Daniel Johnson, Cost Assurance and Analysis Services (MoD DES CAAS), Quantitative Project Risk Analysis – Section Leader and Project Controls Corporate Risk and Schedule Lead, to run the session.
The CAAS session will cover a full morning focusing on how the MoD would like to see SRA performed by contractors with plenty of opportunity for questions and answers. We will provide a light lunch at 12:30, during which you can network with the other attendees. After lunch we will run a short Predict! Risk Analyser demonstration and the event will finish at 2pm.
