The award is very much part of Risk Decision’s ongoing commitment to simplify the way customers manage risk, through a positive and adventurous approach. We’re doing this in three ways:
- Understanding our customers
We’re constantly evolving our software platform, Predict! 5, with a total focus on user experience and customer outcomes. Predict! 5.2 is designed so users can visualise the effectiveness of risk management, allowing them to demonstrate the value of risk to their organisations, creating a full picture of risk.
- Building our community
We’re building our community to help our customers and stakeholder benefit from each other’s experience and learning. We host free, expert-led community events for customers, ensuring they stay on top of risk trends, demonstrating our long-term investment. Supporting discussion across industry sectors and new geographies through value-add events will be a key focus for 2018.
- Our team
The Risk Decisions team has been energised by a fresh new strategic direction, led by our leadership team, and driven by clear customer-focused objectives and skills plans. We’re attracting great talent into our growing company, in the UK and internationally.
