Programs are made up of many inter-related projects. Whilst individual project managers will be aware of their interfaces with other projects, each project will typically manage its risks independently. Each will have its own risk register and its own risk treatment actions, but how easy is it to see similar or connected risks across multiple separate registers and find common ways of managing them?
In this presentation, Val and Trevor will be talking about how being able to easily find and connect risks across your program (and beyond) enables you to identify systemic risks and manage them at the most cost-effective level.
